Many individuals struggle silently with eating disorders or disordered eating, feeling overwhelmed by food, body image concerns, and a cycle of guilt and shame that affects their physical and emotional well-being.
As a Registered Dietitian, I provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition therapy that prioritizes healing, nourishment, and a healthy relationship with food. Through personalized care, I support clients in rebuilding trust with their bodies and breaking free from rigid food rules.
Clients experience greater peace with food, improved self-esteem, and sustainable recovery. They gain the tools to nourish themselves confidently and live fuller lives, free from the constraints of diet culture.
I am a Registered Dietitian and a McGill graduate with a degree in Nutritional Science. Over the past 5 years, I have gained valuable experience in both public and private healthcare, with a focus on eating disorder/disordered eating recovery, digestive health, mental health nutrition and more.
