Who We Are

Being and Becoming Counselling and Wellness Services specializes in the treatment of eating and body image concerns. We offer weight-inclusive and trauma-informed virtual counselling to help individuals overcome the spectrum of eating concerns, whether it’s breaking free from dieting, disordered eating, emotional eating, binge eating or an eating disorder. We support and empower individuals to re-establish a relationship with themselves and their body that is built on compassion, respect, attunement, trust and responsiveness.

We provide counselling services to adults of all body sizes, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, ethnicities, races, and religions.
