Life inevitably brings hardship, loss, and uncertainty, and there are times when the strategies that once helped us get by no longer feel like enough. Many people come to counselling because they are carrying unresolved emotions, experiences, or challenges that feel difficult to navigate on their own.

I believe healing begins when we are met where we are, with compassion and acceptance. As a counsellor, my role isn't to tell you who you are or what you should do. I'm here to provide a space where you can freely explore what you’re experiencing without judgment.

My hope is that through our work together, you can deepen your understanding of yourself and reconnect with the strengths and wisdom you already carry. Together, we’ll work to make sense of what you’re going through and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.

I am a Practicum Student pursuing a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia. I am working under the supervision of Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Margaret Brennan.
