Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Pawandeep Kaur, and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and I provide counselling services in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.

I work with children, youth, adults, couples, and families, offering support through life’s most challenging moments. Whether you're feeling trapped by past experiences, struggling with anxiety or depression, or navigating relationship or self-esteem issues, I’m here to help you move toward healing and growth.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to feel heard and understood. I’m a deeply empathetic listener, and my goal is to walk alongside you in your journey—helping you build emotional resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and rediscover your inner strength.

Together, we’ll work to process unresolved emotions, strengthen relationships, and support your overall mental and emotional well-being. You don’t have to face your challenges alone. If you're ready to explore healing, build resilience, and reconnect with your true self, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

In my work I encourage awareness of the present moment, helping clients explore the ways they perceive and connect with themselves and others. These connections shape our identity, sense of belonging, and deeply held core beliefs. I believe that meaningful change is always possible, even when it begins from within.

My approach supports clients in healing their inner child, building self-esteem, and becoming empowered choice-makers on the path to living as their authentic selves. I focus on healing foundational traumas to foster trust, emotional safety, and deeper connection in relationships.
