Hello and welcome! My name is Morgan (she/her) and I’m so glad you’re here. I know what it’s like to feel like your brain and your body are not a safe place to be. I struggled for years with stress, chronic pain, and binge eating. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in patterns that feel hard to change. I want you to know that these feelings don’t mean that something is wrong with you — they’re signs that something inside needs care and attention.
My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, and feminist approaches. I am passionate about helping clients less alone in learning to find new and embodied ways to express themselves when trying harder has failed.
I believe that by slowing down and letting the body speak, deeper healing can unfold. Through the therapeutic relationship, I want to help you feel safe, empowered, and connected—mind, body, and spirit.
