Starting therapy takes courage. Whether you’re here for the first time or returning to the work, I’m glad you’ve found your way here. I’m Eugene, a therapist who believes in the power of relational healing, emotional insight, and meaningful change.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck—in patterns that repeat, in emotions that feel overwhelming or muted, or in relationships that leave them feeling disconnected. Sometimes these patterns are shaped by painful past experiences, unspoken self-doubt, or life transitions that have left them unsure of who they are or where they belong.
Having lived across several countries and navigated the challenges of starting over, I understand how disorienting and isolating those moments can feel—especially when shaped by culture, language, or identity. Whether you’re working through something recent or long-standing, I offer a steady, compassionate space where you can begin to explore what’s happening beneath the surface.

I approach therapy with the belief that real change happens when we feel safe enough to explore what’s underneath the surface—whether that means untangling long-held patterns, sitting with big emotions, or learning to relate to ourselves and others with more honesty and care.
In our sessions, I help you tune into emotions that may have felt too big or too distant, notice thoughts that are no longer serving you, and take meaningful steps toward change. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in emotional attunement. I see therapy as a shared road trip—you're in the driver’s seat, and I’m beside you, helping navigate. You decide where you want to go, and together we’ll find the route that feels most true to you. And while the road can be challenging, I believe it can also hold moments of insight, lightness, and connection that make the journey worthwhile.
